30-Day Return Policy

Metro Event Tent accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@metroeventtent.com with your order number and the reason for return
2. We will respond within 1 business day with a return authorization and prepaid shipping label
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Attach the prepaid shipping label and drop off at the designated carrier

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Return Conditions

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• All accessories, hardware, and included items must be returned
• No restocking fees on standard returns

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-printed tents and personalized items
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper setup, or neglect
• Items returned after the 30-day window

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund. You do not need to return damaged items unless we request it.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will send the correct item and arrange for the wrong item to be returned at no cost to you.

Exchange Policy

To exchange for a different size or color, initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing of your exchange.
